The gym facilities were well-stocked and always available for our use. The responsiveness of the hosts to our inquiries and the efficient resolution of any issues, such as accidentally locking ourselves out, added to our positive experience.

I recently stayed at Karl Und Anton Boutique Apartments for a few days and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was beautifully furnished and well-equipped, and the location was perfect. I loved exploring the nearby area by the river with the free bikes provided by the apartment. The staff was incredibly helpful and even allowed me to check in early. I highly recommend this place for a visit to Vienna. The metro station is conveniently located just 5 minutes away.

The apartment had everything I needed, including free WiFi and a dishwasher. The fitness centre and free bikes were a bonus. The terrace allowed me to relax in the garden. Messe Wien and Ernst Happel Stadium were conveniently close.

Such a shame I didn't have time to use the fitness centre more, it looked so inviting.

The apartment was spotless and had a pleasant atmosphere. It was conveniently located, only 12 minutes away from Harry Potter, Die Ausstellung at Metastad by tram. Self check-in and self-checkout made the process easy, and the bonus of having a parking garage was great, even though it came at an additional cost. the location on the banks of the river Donau was wonderful, with easy access to the Underground, tram stop, and a supermarket just 200m away. the host was extremely responsive and answered all our queries promptly, even late in the evening. we felt welcomed and will definitely be back.
